King’s Academy of Dance Art is proud of its many students who have achieved top awards in many national and regional dance competitions including the following: 

(1) 2016 Dance America National Top 10

(2) 2018 Tao-Li World Dance Competition US national  platinum awards ( top award) and US north east regional platinum awards (top award)

(3) 2019 Starquest Dance Competition National final solo high school group first place

(4) 2020 Star-Power International Dance Competition gold prize and Judge’ Choice Award( only 3 participants awarded)

(5) 2021 Star Bound Dance Competition US National and US north east regional Elite Gold Award ( top award)

(6) 2022 Starbound National Final Competition, two group dance won National Top 10 （ No. 5 and No. 6)

（7）2023 March Beyond the Stars National Dance Competition, Diamond Award (top award), No 1 in 10-12 year group and overall highest score for kids under 12

(8) 2023 April Star Power Regional Dance Competition, 5 pieces won Elite Gold Award and qualified for National Final

(9) 2023 July Star Power National Final Competition,  5 dance all won top award, group dance and duet both won first place (14-18 year). Group dance was proudly selected as overall first place across all age groups and all dance categories

(10) 2024 February Starbound Regional Competition Overall Highest Score 

Two young kid dance teams from King’s Academy of Dance Arts (KADA) achieved remarkable success at the Starbound regional dance competition held at Bridgewater Middle School from Feb 23rd to Feb 25th, 2024. The two KADA teams, comprising dancers aged 6-8 and 8-10 respectively, achieved remarkable success by clinching the top spot with the overall highest score in their respective age categories.

(11) 2024 April Starbound Regional Competition Elite Award & Judge's special award

​

Teen team, pre-teen team and a couple solos received top awards at the Starbound Regional competition held at East Brunswick NJ in April 2024. Both solos and group dances got top award - Elite award. One group dance also got Judge's special award.

(12) 2024 April Beyond the Stars National Dance Competition 1st Place

Pre-teen team and a solo won overall first place in Beyond The Stars Dance competition in April 2024 in East Brunswich NJ

(13) 2024 July Starbound Dance Competition National Final Elite Award and Overall 1st place

Pre-teen team, teen team and a couple sols achieved outstanding awards at the national final held in Atlantic City NJ between 7/8/2024 - 7/12/2024. All competition pieces won Elite or High Gold award; a couple pieces won overall 1st place award and also got Judge's special award.
